Removing Ion grip frame powder coat

how could I do it? Or more accurately, where would I send it and how much would it cost? Would like to make it pretty, shiny silver (which I presume would also require a re-anno?)

sand blast it, comes up a treat

I remember someone saying acetone removes it.

took it to an alloy wheel refurbishers and got it sand blasted
