need to get hold of Tank for an exit
Anybody know how to remove a geddon valve arm from a bottle?

There's a chance it's superglued in (no, not that superglue!) but obviously the valve is rounded, so I can't take a big spanner to it, and dont have easy access to a vice either.

Cheers y'all

We couldn't get mine out a while back & John Bonich had to do it for me in the end - turns out he uses some special tool. Apparently they often feel like they've been superglued but you just have to know what to use; sorry, he didn't show me the tool so you'll have to ask him or try WDP what they use.

Flash, I'd really go the John Bonich or John Sosta route if I was you. They do use a special tool that they've made and strap the bottle down rather than use a vise  so they avoid any possibility of causing damage.

Easy stuff!! Buy yourself a Boa Constrictor strap wrench from B&Q for bout 7 quid. Then get an adjustable spanner and use the fill nipple to unscrew it.

It may take a fair bit of brute force if it's been Loctited. But i've done quite a few like this. . . probably easiest if you've got 2 people one to hold the strap wrench while you turn the arm.

Have fun! :D
