Remote line adapter!

Been buying upgrades and stuff for my tpx, I only need that cheeky little brass block, it pops onto the side of the regulator and the airline adaptor then screws into it, apparently they have all disappeared! Any info would be great! Thanks

Already tried them matey, he sent me the last one they had, but it had a crack in it!
