it has adjusterble speed settings,from 17bps to about 32bps,think there are about 6 diffrent settings.

The VICTORY allows you to choose from 6 different speeds (up to 35bps) for your HALO B's operation. You will be able to select between 17,21,24,28,32, and 35 balls per second. Just pull out your old board and install the Victory for insane speeds."
