reloader problem

hey guys my reloader b went down this sunday it just stoped turning on s i am assuming the problem is the board or the motor and wiring thingy anyway want to know which- if i put a batter on to the power harness/motor should it work without the board attached

um the drive cone looks fine to me how would the drive cone being boken stop the hopper turning on? i have tried a few sets of batteries so i know its not the batteries, does anyone know if the motor should spin when a battery is attached without the board attached?? thanks for the suggestions guys
