reloader playing up

ok have a reloader and when i turn it on it starts up and spins like mad
yes i have turned on in a quiet place (more then once)
yes i have tried two diffrent sets off new batterys
yes have tried 6 battery pack and 4 battery pack
anything else i can do or is it kerput

yeah taht happened to my halo board, but i didnt have to turn it on all i did was conect the batterys and it span like mad. Board is gone mate unless stated other wise. I odnt no much about reloaders but there pretty much the same as halos but dont hold me to that
