Reloader Issues

Right, i have two relaoders that have decided to go all sluggish on me. I have changed the batteries, cleaned them thoroughly and stripped them right down and checked all the bearings. They seem to spin fine when not connected to the motor fly wheel and the motor itself spins fine when not connected to the cogs. But when you put the whole lot together it all goes horribly wrong. It is a real effort to turn the rip drive on both and they turn at a snails pace.

Any ideas?

Ok,

Well have you tried just moving the cogs without the motor connected ? If the cogs & the motor both work fine independantly but not together it could be the board possibly ? Have you tried running the reloader out of its shells to make sure nothing is catching or crimping the cables?

Rich, wtf is it with you and kit breaking?! Have you actually ever had 1 bit of kit NOT break on you in anyway? You fiddled with them didn't you? You did something to them and now they don't work and you don't know why. We've told you before, don't mess around with your kit dummy! If you want something done with it give it to one of the others who DON'T break things and get them to do it.

love you Rich:p

I have had it in its component parts and have moved both the motor (spins freely) and the cogs (spin freely) independently. If it was the board then surely the motor would be having issues. I have turned it on with no cogs and activated it and the motor spins fine as long as it is not connected to the cogs.
