after losing all my hair at nq at the weekend its time to go to town on my hopper

basically it will feed, stop feeding, feed after being shaken...... stop feeding

the batteries were brand new and everything seemed ok APART FROM the battery wires were "crimped" so im assssuming that this is the problem.. how would i go about getting new ones ?

also when i do has anyone else tried wrapping them in tape to protect them ?

i had this happen to mine before, basically replace the original pp3 clip with a new one, required a little soldering (but very easy).

However, make sure to check that you are turning on your loader in a quiet place, with NO paint in it. With paint and in noisy areas it messes reloader B's up bigtime.

Was it a cold day?
It's that time of the year where batteries start to mess up due to the cold slowing down their reactions or whatever happens inside them.

to protect the wires try heat shrink tubing, its rubber and flexable but will help protect the wires from chaffing etc.

ok just opened it and for anyone that knows these loaders inside out this is what im faced with

the 2 wires going from the black connector to the motor (red and white) seeeem totally fine no kinks at all

now the red and black one that go to the battery clip .... 1 is fooked, like not just crushed but has some of the metal wire inside hanging out and severred...

so do i buy a whole new cable and solder it to the motor or a new battery clip and solder it to the cable (the rip in it is right near the black socket that goes onto the board of the loader which might be hard to cut it and get fresh wire inside the cable)

Are you using 6 batteries or 4? I know it sounds odd, but there was a problem with a batch of Reloader B boards, and for some reason they worked fine off 4 batteries, but behaved odd (like your describin) if you ran them off 6.
