Regulator Adjustment

Right, i have a hyper2 reg on my pmr but the problem is, i don't know what the pressure is set to so i don't know the velocity of the marker as it was adjusted at some time. Im unsure as to whether my local field has a chrono also. Is there any other way i can get an idea of the pressure/velocity or is the only option with a chrono?
Also what would should the velocity be around (I only play rec-ball)?

hold the gun shoulder height, wind the reg out so it only just shoots, hold the barrel level. then start to wind the reg up and keep shooting and you will see the balls travelling further. ruff guide is 90 ft for about 270 as long as your not pointing the gun up

Your local field should not be playing paintball if they do not have a chrono
