If the tank reg is pre-set at 850 PSI output, it should be OK. Just screw it in, check your velocity and go. I did the same thing with my first marker (a Spyder) after I'd been playing for a few months.

You'll get better consistency (velocity) if you add an inline reg to deal with fluctuations in the tank output, but it's not necessary.

it looks to me although someone has moved the three way there for some crazy reason...and its now completely missing going thru the sledge and now its working like my pump where the air goes straight through the bolt region and hits the ball...god knows why someone has done this

btw...total guess work, but i made it from what i had to work with and it sounds about right:)

It looks like a closed bolt mod on a spyder, but putting an LPR on the front cap, a cocker 3-way attached via an ugly-looking chunk of metal to the trigger, and a ram buried where the cocking rod ought to have been (I'm wondering if the striker is still blowback-operated or not.) I know someone who's done an electropneumatic piranha on the same principal (but going one step further with the solenoid.) Cool hack, but a big waste of time and money :D
