Reg's for bottles.

OK question.

Is it possible to buy a fixed output reg to fit onto an existing bottle?

I ask beacuse a friend of mine wants an air set-up and I have a spare bottle.
He wants to do this as cheap as possible and as a new adjustable reg on its own will still cost at least £150.

I am thinking along the lines of a melee or PMI pure energy reg

Certainly it is possible. I've seen Air America change bottles to different regs or swap existing regs onto larger or smaller bottles for their customers at tournaments. Go to a big event where they are there and buy a Melee from them and I'd bet they'd be glad to put it on for you.
