these blow for loads of reasons, the most common being tiny pieces of dirt or grit in your tank or leaving your tank full on a cold day and then letting the bottle warm up (like in a car or house)
it isn't usually a major problem causing it, so just replace it and if it continues then look into it

it might be an idea to get your reg serviced then, cp regs are relativelly simple to service, this vid should help:

or if you don't feel comfortabe then get it serviced by a shop or someone qualified, you should also be able to take it back to wherever ou got it from as they come with a lifetime warantee, however this might take longer ifyou are in a hurry to use it
