Reg or gauge?

Hey there, this happened just before I stopped playing a few years back. Now I'm starting back I would like to get it fixed Just wondering would this just need a new gauge or a full reg? Bottle fills fine and nothing leaks. Cheers!

the tank will still fill up fine by the way, just won't be able to read your pressure properly. However for the sake of a couple quid you'd be as well getting it anyway
