refund Problems

was wondering if anyone has had any problems getting refunds form certain online paintball shops..
wont mention names as yet..
what did u guys do??
ive been waiting over 3 months for a refund !!!!
its getting to be about that time..

no one can really answer to this as there are a lot of online shops out there. give us a few clues and we might be able to tell you

intresting thing is sent the company n email n posted this thread up on the same day ..
got refund on the same day..
should have done this a long time ago..

Dont forget, that anything you buy online, is covered by teh Distance Selling regulations, meaning you have a 7 day, cooling off period, whereby you can cancel the contract at any time...buying is a contract..

I agree with u on that skeet..
the problem was about 2 days after i put my order through i was told the product i was after was no longer in production.. the next available one was more expensive so asked for a refund.. thats where the problem began ..
it seems so easy to buy stuff yet when u wanna get ure $ back its a right pain . .
anyway the prb has been solved now.. hope it never happens again .

i bought gear from canadian paintball waited over 14 months to get a £102.00 refund 8 phone calls and prob 100 e mails . just kept on pestering and pestering, its **** when you have to do this but i now only buy from planet best just play it safe, good luck mate
