Refs 4 Reading - This Sunday

I am trying to ensure a full contigent of 7 refs per field for this Sunday's NSPL event in Reading and I am a couple short at this time.

I know it doesnt help your cause too much, but what is the best way to get into tourament marshalling? i currently work on a paintball site but would like to get into tourements

Start reffing at KotH level if you can. Get the experience there and then ref the league.
