Because of the expected turn out at the PA/Super 4 events I think it is prudent that I try and bolster the reffing staff that can be available.
I will take on inexperienced staff to train them but only one Ref per field (not Xball) may have no experience and they will have to shadow a trainer who will be making all the decisions while you are learning the basics.
That still leaves a lot of refs out there who have some experience who may want to increase their ability's and get the chance to learn from the world famous UK Refs.
The UK Refs are contracted to supply Refs at other events worldwide and have confirmed bookings in Europe, The Philippines, Guam and the USA and others are in the discussion stage and expected to be added to this years calendar.
Because of those commitments they need to increase there numbers but will not just add someone until they have judged their ability's themselves.
