Pipe Kits are a little loud compared to other barrels, but with a larger selection of bore sizes compared to the Redz Kit.
The Redz kit comes in a nice zip up case with a fluffy stick, the Pipe comes in a tough plastic tube/display holder.
I would say that you would not notice much in the way of an accuracy difference, especially with the size of tourney fields these days.
Both would serve you well, I would go with the one the that looks the most pimp on the end of your gun.

I can vouch for the Pipe Kit, I've been using one for a couple years. Only other barrel kit I've used is the Freak, which I didn't care much for (the inserts weren't really my thing). The Pipe is a good set though, and cheap as chips these days. Very smooth finish, easy to clean. I've heard nothing but good things about the Pepper Sticks though too.
