What an absolute plonker that tit is we came down to Campaign on thursday and thought we would go to the end of the M6 and follow the road for the 13 miles to Crystal palace.

Now as we come from up north but still knowing about the CONgestion charge you londoners have to put up with we thought it's only a fiver lets save time and not go round the M25.

We did not save time because we got lost and since my english school only taught English and French we could not ask any of the locals .

Now we folishly believed that we would recieve a bill for the said £5.00 but since we did not pay it on the day (and how the f@@@ was we supposed to know that) We have now recieved a bill for £80.00 and if we dont pay it within 30 days it fuken doubles.

So come on you cockney sparrows get rid of that dickhead and the CONgestion charge.

That's ridiculous, how the f##k can they justify a jump from 5 to 80 for a late payment, and what's this s##t, must be payed in 24 hours, who the f##k do they think they are. RED KEN, he'd be red if i got my hands on him, jumped up little p###k.

We should find out his number plate and send fifty cars through London with them on.

lol - u must have been pretty lost if u can get off the M1 (I'm assuming u got onto the M1 at some point, since the M6 doesn't end up in London), drive towards Crystal Palace and still get trapped in the C zone...

The charge is designed to make it harder for people to drive through the city centre during the day, so of course they're not going to "just bill you". If they did that I'd say "fookit" and drive every day...

No, you have to either buy in advance, or remember to visit a pay station (curiously you only find these in carparks INSIDE the C zone) or login to the website.

Crazy, but then, we elected him. Well actually, I didn't, but he felt like doing it anyway...

The fact you got lost can only be explained by the fact that Rob was driving!

The jump from £5 to £80 is taking the pi$$. Whats even worse is that there are no easy ways to pay if you are not familiar with the system. I think it needs to be more newbie friendly, and I am willing to bet that you are not the first people that this has happened to, just because they are not familiar with the system!

Well bad as it may sound the £80 charge is only if you don't pay it after being asked...it is "only" £40 at the moment
