what makes a good site??, we were discussing then arguing over what makes a good/great site let's open it up and hear some other views

its gotta be well run, friendly helpful staff and a personal atmosphere. you dont want people thinkin they're just bein processed (tho really they are)

the fields must be interesting and diverse offering a wide range of styles of play.
