So I'm looking at some lower end hoppers, Invert Halo Too retailing for around £40 and Empire Magna for around £50. How do they fare compared to a Dye Rotor that retails around £130? Both the Too and Magna are rated above 20 BPS so they're going to keep up with whatever gun I put them on, so what're the biggest reasons I'd go for the Rotor over them?

the rotor just looks great, feels great (weird ino) and is very reliable and has the toolles disassebly which is great as i have just upgraded recently and don't regret it one bit. if you have the money get the rotor, if not then the halo as they are nice.

The magna normally retails for around £100, so if I were you i'd grabs bargain from just paintball and get it for half price

have gen2 prophecies filtered into UK retail yet or are we still on gen1s?

(Gen2: aluminium feedneck insert as standard + improved drive belt).

The Halo Too is great! Id use one over the Prophecy/Rotor any day! Prophecy is really good, but honestly, I think its worth getting the hopper with less settings, and therefore less things to go wrong.

And they are super cheap.

i'm not feeling the love for the rotor here??

I have a Halo v35, VLand rotor, never really used the other 2, the rotor is so simple to use and do anything with, any probs on site and its a doddle to fix, not that i ever have needed to

Just wondering why people would use anything else ??

TBH every event i go to i see people with Rotors apart clearing out jams, breakages etc, some mid game. Some people get on with them but from my experiences the Prophecy is a better loader. More capacity and a better load position. Just MHO HTH

I never had any problems at all with my rotor last season. Never even had a ball jam. Worked perfect:) Will be trying the Prophecy out for a change but will be keeping the rotor in the kit bag just in case.
