Realy Dumb Question

I have a rather stupid (but Paintball Related Question).

I have just Acquired some Planet Exclipse 2011 Knee Pads, so I dont smash my knees ot peices like my last Walk-On.

I was wondering, do you wear them indsie or outside your Pants/Trousers?

I know my question is utterly retarded..sorry.

Normally wear your pants over them buddy.
You can wear them on top of your pants if you really wish to do so
