Really noob question about Etek bolt!

Sorry about the noob question (dont flame me too much)

I have just "accquired" an Etek for a while and I have a few really noob questions about it:-

Is the bolt on an Etek supposed to be oiled or is it supposed to be dry?

Is there any way to remove the rammer and oil it without removing the frame e.t.c

It's a debated subject, but the manual stays nothing about oiling it (or not oiling it).

Stock bolt.
I have got the manual but it does not say anything about oiling or not oiling it hence the confusion.....

no need to oil

to clean rammer, unscrew the back cap with an allen key, and remove the bolt. tap the rammer out. light oil on the orings. put back in. replace bolt and back cap. job done.
