just out of interest Nicky, does the part on the solenoid mean that to clean it you need to send it into eclipse? Or is there something in the design that means it doesnt need to be stripped and cleaned?
it diverts LP air from the LPR through 90 degrees, and is designed to negate the use of internal screws that are loctited or glued in ....thats as i understand it anyway
edit from PE "The small “Torpedo” between the FRM and LPR body is there to direct the LP air from the LPR to the solenoid, and is instrumental in providing a body solution that has NO Loctitied blanking plugs and NO glued in screws.
