Dave has 4500 filling stations that fill in a few secs, flat grass surfaces, etc etc as above. More sites like his need support if teams wanna have a great place to train. Check it out.

I've never had a bad day down at Dave's site. Having been going there since the early days I have seen it grow to what it is now.

It started very basic with all the teams kitting up in the car park. The very next event there was a staging area for the players and a proper scoreboard / admin stand. The next event a full PA system and full catering. I think there was regularly some 35-40 teams there during the 2004 season.

I actually shook Dave's hand on my third visit and congratulated him for ploughing the money earned back into the site. This is something seldom seen.

I have heard of late grumbles from players regarding the standard of reffing - this I can not confirm BUT what I can say is that all of paintball seems to be suffering this issue. It is probably the same guys complaining that were reffing the previous round and made a bad call against someone else. I personally never had any complaints regarding the standard of reffing whilst playing there but then again we either won or lost badly and knew it!

I would recommend Dave's site. See you there

Aran, I can't speak for Dave but the way you asked this is kinda out of line. If it wasnt for people like Dave and his family who put alot of time and money into tournament sites, we wouldn't have anywhere to play or train.

Spike and the others have pretty much said everything I wanted to say though. Last year there were definitely more teams, just needs more support and it'll flourish again.
