Rat Impulse Questions

I am new to the world of electros and even compressed air. I just had a couple questions before i get my rat impulse. Im running it on a bulldog screw in, fiber wrap tank.

When gassing up is it best to lower the output pressure on the max flow then screw in the tank and increase pressure slowly while shooting to avoid shocking the solenoid?

What is the best way to de-gass ur impulse?

Since it's electro and i don't know a thing about having a solenoid, does it cock the gun when u gass up or whats the deal?

Is there anything else involved in basic operating of a rat impulse that would be usefull for me to know?(ill save any serious problems encountered for someone who knows what they're doing)

firstly has it got a vertical max flow?
I assume it has, or you wouldnt mention it.

If it has then you shouldnt have to worry, as this will lower your pressure from 650, down to 180.

The solenoid cocks itself when you put air though it.

To degass your impulse, unscrew your bottle until you hear it hiss then just fire off the remaing air in you marker.
