you mean on the gauge? if so, its just a HPAC sticker that they use at events so they know your bottle is in test.

it means it has been checked by HPAC prior to being filled at a tournie.They have to do this to ensure that the bottle is still in test, they put the coloured stickers on so you dont have to take your bottle cover off to show the date every time you go to fill up.

since it was my bottle the its simple

i never bothered taking of the hpac stickers from the last couple of tournys

its nothing to worry about its just from the day to allow acess to the air source
