HI
I was wondering if anybody out there has had experiance with both the sandridge and racegun cockers?
I'm mainly interested in a comparison between the triggers, I have a sandridge and the have had absolutly no problems with it so reliablity isn't a big issue for me

Hi Inferno,
No, no probs, and yes I could go on about my Race-Grip for a while! BTW, did I mention I had a race-gripframe for my cocker?? :D

You were wrong about the give it a day thing though, I'm now back at uni and paying for my internet usage, rather than sitting on my dads broadband all day  .

And Jynxfactor, as for the comparison, I can honestly say that I've never seen a Sandridge, so it wouldn't be fair to compare, but as most people on here will tell you, I love the Racegrip (maybe a little too much? )

The trigger can be set to a stupidly short length (I couldn't actually see the trigger moving back and forth when it was as short as it goes).

I've fired quite a few different custom Angels, and none have compared to my Race frame. That and I get to keep the cocker "thing" going on. (It has a soul, to me most electros don't - call me wierd....)

But hey, if there's anything else you want to ask me bout them, drop me an email: mathewstace@yahoo.com

Ah yes you love it but do you love it more than Amy?:D
Hey Mat, sorry I can't come and kick your ass at the indoor:( but I am supposed to be doing a lot of hard work for my final year of Alevels (bollocks to that:p ) so my olds won't let me go.:( Anyway I am v.happy at the mo now that I am getting Chris' Westwood, now with blade frame. And when I win the lottery (or get my student loan) I may send it off to be raced:) .

Have a good time in Birmingham at see you down the Temple some time,

Charlie.

Thanks for the info Flash-bugout. Now if you don't mind anouther question. Does the trigger feal cheap at all. all of the pics I've seen make the trigger look like its pretty poor quality. Is there much side to side play or is it pretty solid? And do you have any info on the eye.

The trigger has a little side-side play, but then again I have the older original style frame, apparently the new one is much tighter. Although saying that mine still has less than most LCD's I've tried.

As for the eye, I believe it's being made in limited numbers at the mo', and the marker needs sending to RaceGun HQ in Denmark to have it fitted, they want to keep an eye (no pun intended) on quality or something for a while.

The Race website has a forum on it, which I've found most helpful, http://www.raceguns.dk/forum/default.asp

in there is a picture section, which has a few markers with the newer style grip on (trigger looks sweet).

Hope that helps,

Catch ya..
