R11 bolt set up

Im thinking of getting an R11 bolt for my IR3 do i need to change anything settings wise

You may need to adjust your ram after you put it in. Put the bolt in, closet he breach, and then back the ram out until you hit resistance. Open the breach, then close it, if the bolt has a slight "click" when it closes into the hammer, then it's perfect.
