Quick cocking rod query

I'm having difficulty removing the cocking rod on my Autococker. The cocking rod obviously srews into the hammer but it just won't seem to budge at all. Of course the bolt (with the hex screw in the middle) comes off, but i simply need to know how to remove the cocking rod.

P.S. I HAVE looked at loads of other posts and tech sites, so bare with me.

Cocking rod

Yeah, the rod has to gointo the trigger frame, so the trigger can push / pull the rod in and out of the 3-way.

You will have a hard time getting it out without taking off the trigger frame, as it's not mean't to slip out while in use.

I have found that you only really need to remove the screw at the front of the trigger frame, near the 3-way, and then the rod can ne manuvered out.

think you are a bit confused threldon, he said "cocking rod" not 3-way rod

anyway. do the grub screw in the back of the rod up real tight, then get a pair of grips on the cocking rod, or a spanner if its a nut shaped one
