How do i get a picture, title and stars under my name when i post like the majority of people do? Also how do i make a footer for the bottom of my posts? Thanx for your help...

The stars are determined by the number of posts you have made.
As far as the picture (avatar) and footer (signature) and title (custom title) are concerned, just scroll to the top of the page, and go to user settings and do the edit profile from there. It's all pretty straight forward from there.
