Personally I'd recommend the Hyperframe from Centerflag. From what I've seen on friends' guns the Hyper tends to be of a bit better quality and gets a little better battery life. The Boo Yaah, other than having a stupid name and rumored to be going out of business, has given people problems some times and can be a little tougher to install. I think the CF has a bit better warranty too. Not to mention they have enough integrity to not obviously rip off the DYE Boomstick.
I agree with KO about Centerflag-they're a great company who don't rely one one product to survive. You might want to wait a bit for the ESP frames from Kingman and see what kind of price tag on it. Might save yourself a little dough in the ensuing shuffle.
