Question to Dynasty fans

First of all Thanks to everyone that has supported
us all year long. Weather you have been on the sidelines
or checking the Websites to support us thank you. Dynasty
has had another wonderful season. We have won most
but have lost some. The dreams of having a perfect season
have been pushed forward again to drive the Dynasty machine
again next year.
The question is do you fix what ain't broke. What new players
should Dynasty add and why? Before you answer think about
the dynamics of a team of players that have molded into a true
family over the past 3 years. Does a players ability out weight
his ego and disruptive baggage that he could bring to a team?
Is the player a role person that can fit in among the rest of the
group and allow the team to continue its winning ways?
Does the saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it" work here?
What happens if Dynasty wants to play only 7 mans or if the
team adds X-ball Div 1 to the schedule next year?

I think you already know the answers to your questions but you asked for opinions so heres mine.
Pick up a few fresh faces, SC and Velocity are overflowing with talent. This way no egos and no disruptive baggage.

I don't think any players ability outweighs any baggage or disruption he/she might bring to a team, more so in your case where you seem to have that family thing down. One bad apple can spoil the entire barrel, and the tighter knit the team, the more potential for damage by adding someone who isn't quite the perfect fit.

You guys probably know better than most who you would like to pick up, and I think you'll be considering personality as much, if not more so, than you will playing ability when making any decisions.

My personal opinion would be that if you're not 100% happy as a team with bringing someone new in, then adopt the "aint broke, don't fix it" attitude.

Start a Dynasty Kids team that's even younger than the current squad - the brand is big enough to cover two teams easily. Could even have different sponsors...

Guns are moving like crazy. I just wanted to add
some spice before ylou went to bed.
Do I think that there can be two rosters? Maybe.
It would be a tuff thing. I tell you it was expensive
as hell to carry 17 people to WC. The expense
to add more cars, rooms, and flights...I don't know
if it was worth it.
