Alright,

a mate has just given me a load of stuff to sell for him, all been sat in his garage for a few years, one of the things is a 06 shocker which has a carbon bottle attached to it? the bottle is out of date, but had 1k in it and ive tested the gun and its fully working, with this bottle, dodgy i know, not after a lecture haha,

but where do i stand selling the gun as it is?

cheers

No out of date air bottles.

Putting 1k and 4.5k in it are two completely different things.........

Nothing stopping you removing the reg and selling that seperatly to recoup some moolah.

On a side note - there is no issue with the old air in the out of date cylinder.
Some pressure should be kept anyway to maintain seals, and the existence of pressure over time gives an indication that its not leaking

You can use the air in an out of date cylinder, but you cannot refill

On a long term basis I personally wouldn't want a pressurised cylinder lying around for years though
