I was wondering how to get the recharge rate on my classic 68 automag to increase(otherwise recharge faster).

What can I do to increase the recharge rate and would something like an ANS Mod 7 Phase 2 AIR Valve help with that or will the recharge rate still stay the same becuase i know that it will increase the flow but im not sure as to whether it will increase recharge.

P.S. I know if i buy a retro valve it will increase but I do not want to spend that kinda money at this point yet.

Thank you

Its around 13bps. I HIGHLY doubt that you can shoot that. Even with electros there are VERY few people who can shoot that(without modes and such). Your classic is fine.

why do you want to increase your recharge rate anyway?

The only thing I can think of is if your AIR reg is starving because you have a long section of micro line, or your tank reg wont recharge fast enough to keep up...

If your Mag is being starved of air as suggested then try using Macro line instead, I think it also comes under the name of Super Sprint or something. The flow rate of air from your bottle to your marker will increase as the Macro line has a bigger I.D.

The 68 valve should be able to shoot 16bps without shootdown - theres a video of one doing that with an electronic grip.

Though with a mechanical trigger you wont get anywhere near that.

Non-AGD parts only usually worked on the old versions of the mag - but in the most recent version, Level 7, dont need anything added on, to improve recharge, concistancy etc
