Query on tippmann parts .com

has anyone else had problem with this company shipping to the uk.....

i ordered some a-5 bits and payed by paypal and havnt received them yet, ive tryd to contact them but they are very unhelpfull and only reply in one word answers

ive used the track and confirm facility but it says its left america ........that was nearly a month ago........

any one have any ideas

i have heard tht the post office can somtimes retain a parcel for 3-4 weeks but they have no record of the tracking number

If it was sent USPS, they can't track it once it leaves US. It can sometimes take a while for parcels to arrive.

I've ordered several times from Tippmannparts and it has always been ok. Goods usually take less than 3 weeks to arrive though.
