Hi,
just a quick thanyou to Pheonix for last weekend, even though there was the problem with the power everyone enjoyed themselves and you responded ro the problem quickly.
Right now for the good bit, we had a couple of guys asking about air quality we provide and they were surprised we could show them a air purity certificate to prove it was breathing air standard and not dirty or wet, we always test our air, change filters on time and supply extra filteration to ensure we deliver the best, i know they were not unhappy with ours but it proves a few tips we have given in the past are paying off, they are checking the air supplyer is giving what he says to prevent damage to you markers and can prove it, also we had people actually chasing us to put our marks on their cylinders before filling which is very good
Anyway we will see you soon and continue to give the best service possible.

regards

Trevor

I am still astounded that people even need to ask H-Pac about the air. These guys have worked so hard to educate the industry and the players and yet there's still so many people who are content to push absolute crap through their £1500 markers....You should see what a particle of moisture or dust does to a machined surface with 4,500psi kicking it up the arse :(

What's more disturbing is that some event organisers who have the means & the facilty to do something about the air are still supplying crap because they reckon the players won't know the difference and they can save a couple of bucks. Although the entry fee doesnt seem to come down? At one international tourney last year the tech stands for ALL the guns were busy as hell...and mostly due to knackered regulators because of the crap being pushed through them.

Paintball guns and their air systems are very high precision pieces of equipment. Hell you wouldn't lube your Ferrari engine with cooking oil so why do people blow garbage through their £300 air system?

Fortunately for the players & the industry H-Pac have revolutionised air supply at tournaments and not only with air quality, but with safety as well, 4,500 psi can kill or seriously injure...do you really want to mess aabout with someone who "thinks" he knows what he's doing or someone who is trained and knows the gear insie and out?.

Now with their purpose built 18-wheel rig they can service the largst events in the world with capacity to spare. You really have to wonder then why anyone would even consider anything less?

Just my two-penneth :)

Could not agree more - have used H-Pac throughout 2003 and have never had any problems or known anyone who has!

At a worst case level, you could be putting your life in the hands of the people supplying air at events and I would not want to trust mine with anyone else! Sounds dramatic I know but we have all seen and read on these forums examples where people have come close to loosing an eye etc.

As we are certificating Marshalls should we not introduce a certification process for those supplying air at events that is specifically focused upon the Paintball industry?

I think I speak for Series 2004 events, PA events and the MM. We would only use H-pac as we have 100% confidence in their systems, insurance, standards and air quality - I can't see why anyone would question their standards we have done that before they started to supply our events.

Plus the Cream Teas are good.

If you haven't seen their new rig you will be "gob smacked" . Very professional and it shows H-pac and Bauer are supporting the paintball industry.

Cheers

Doesn't anyone remember the time before H-pac? christ it's only been two years.......... filling nightmares, lugging tanks about, knackered fill stations and having to borrow from the team next to you, 3000 psi as a max.

THANK GOD FOR H-PAC.
