Basically are they any good? I'm guessing they are fast, but:

- How durable are they? The pots are pretty expensive, so it would be an arse to have to replace them regularly.

- Does having them under your barrel make it harder to play tight to the bunker?

- How much presure do they put on the balls, can they cope with fragile paint?

- How do they affect the balence of the marker?

- How reliable are they, do they sometimes not go on properly, or fly off spraying your balls everywhere or break some in the docking mechanism, etc?

- The feed system is in the pot, when that is empty do the remaining balls in the tube feed or is there no force on them? Do you have to change the pod then? If so do the balls in the tube fall out or it there a gated feed type thing at the pod end.

- How long is it?

I'm see the manufacturer's website so I have an idea of what they claim it can do, i was just wondering if anyone who had used one could rate it.

Cheers

JD was supposed to have got one and he was going to test it and give us an unbiased rating. That was months ago so I have a feeling that it does not measure up to the hype.

He he, haven't used in a tourney yet.........so I can't really comment on it's fitness for that but..........

1)Build: Superb, very well put together and a simple to strip and clean if you get a burst..... pull the spring and then rinse out like a normal pot NO TOOLS REQUIRED. Very sturdy and made from a slightly softer plastic than most pots......so it's not brittle at all.
2)Reliability..... very good once you've mastered loading it... takes a while to get the feed right.
3)You can reload mid pot, it locks off. Only thing you can't do is fire the last five or six balls in the feed once the pot is empty.
4) true force feed at any angle. Gangsta style upside down, superb for the popping of caps.
5) It does stop you getting in tight the traditional way, but you can turn it sideways as thier is no hopper/warp feed etc... plus a new fixing kit will elt you pop it under your bottle.
6) Fixing........ you need something cylindrical and accesible...... fits on my Shoktech E-blade but won't fit anywhere on my timmy or eclipse E-blade....... the new kit will sort that out though (I think the basic kit is designed for the angel speed TBH).
7) On the field.... reload is in less than a second (like clicking a magazine) and you keep your profile low so great for frontmen..... but the 100 round capacity is no good for back..... coupled with it's feed rate you just can't keep up with it (neither can any marker I've seen) I can empty a pot in around five seconds, with no marker in the way it actualy empties before we can activate a stop watch...... must be close to 90 bps. (it's faster than they claim).
8) Overall...........PRO's well built, easy to maintain and very simple operation (odysee could take lessons), you can see what each bit does so it's easy to diagnose a problem, exceptional fun to use and great for a front player, NO BATTERIES ever....... Cons... no good for back or limited paint!, makes you hold the marker differently, takes some getting used to and you have to practice getting it filled properly if you don't it can cause bursts and mis feeds........ however..... a burst in a Q loader isn't as bad as in say a Halo..... you just dump that pot, run a squeegie into the feed colar and then put in a fresh pot. Mounting..... not possible on some markers yet, I'll reserve judgement until i get my universal mounting kit.
