i was wondering how you can tell if your tank is high or low pressure. i know that a red reg=high and a blue reg=low but wat part is te reg. the thing right below the top or wat?

yup. the bit that screws into the bottle (between the bottle and the shiny bit!)

is it ok to unscrew it or will all the air come out

WHy do you need to unscrew it anyway?
