pure energy 48cu -3000 psi bottle. with dm9 need help

I have just purchased a DM9 and my uncle picked me up a pure energy 48cu -3000 psi bottle.

Am i ok just to screw this on and use the DM9 or is there anything i should be doing to the set up before using this bottle.

My uncle got this today from Mayhem and the guy said it would need setting ..

Can anyone throw some light onto this or is this guy just talking utter CxxP ??

What would need setting ? Only the velocity of your marker as the output of the pmi bottles is preset.

and you will not get many shots out of a .8l 3000psi ,seems strange to buy a a top of the line marker and bottle of the line bottle
