i bought a pt extreme as a side arm was that a good idea i have a good holster for it so it doesnt get in my way

yeah just don't lose any of the parts, they chrono (usually) at around 250 but can go higher, as 10 shot pistols go they are not bad though you will be lucky to get 20 shots out of a 12 gram.
I bought one for fun to mess around with. No problems yet but I haven't really used it too much. I got 25-30 shots per 12 gram.
