Proto slg UL program problem

Hi I have a proto SLG UL and have tried playing with the settings
Green trigger sensitivity 1-20
Red Dwell 1-5
Blue ROF 1-34
Yellow fire mode 1-4

The problem I have when in RED I can only change it between 8-12 but the manual says it should be 1-5 ?
Any help on this please

do you mix the seconds and the blinks?
1 blink is 8 ms
2 blinks are 9 ms and so on
the default setting is 3 blinks which is a open time of 10 ms

is this your problem?

Hi no, when the led is red page 7 says there should be 1 to 5 blinks but I am only able to set it between 8 and 12 blinks ?
All the other colour blinks match up ?

never had this problem befor, is there an original dye board in your marker or an aftermarket board?

Only just got it, secondhand so not sure the person I got it from said he never changed it, all so having a problem with it firing, when I press the trigger it fires as in full auto and have to remove the air bottle to stop but if I change the bolt to one from my other SLG a 2010 model it fires ok so I think it's the bolt that is at fault there the only difference in the two bolts I can see is the UL one is plastic and the 2010 one is metal,
