sorry i think despnge is right, i had a look on the techpb forum and some guy had the same problem, sticktodrum reccomended he should put in a new battery like a durracel or another good battery not a cheap one, and it worked, it fixed all the problems, so i reccomend trying that if it deosnt work then ring dye and sort it out with them, or some one else can buy it for £100-£140 whatever you want for it, then they can pay for a £4 battery and have a nice new marker for £105-£145 when they are around £250-£350 working/new. Whatever you do mate just think about it before you do it. Would you really waste all that money when all you could need is a new battery, also if your marker is under warrenty then let Dye deal with it, ITS FREE! it wont cost you a penny. Just think before you do something you might regret doing.

In an attempt to put things right and stop all the negative banter (generally aimed at moi for picking on a 14 y/o dyscotechslik) I'm going to make an offer.
Beaverkeich, I have a Proto Rail, brand new, never been gassed up with a blank warrenty card. Its Olive with all kit thats supplied with a new marker. These are £199 from LIPS, and i'm willing to trade with you, but you pay the postage both ways, thats if your still watching this blatent thread hyjacking of your thread. Just to let you know, The 'knobhead comment was directed 'playfully' at you, just that some other contributors on thread think it was a reference to them. (coinsidence that...)
Oh, and thankyou for the english lesson, got that on my phone about 10 minutes ago and giggled a wee bit, but also prompted me to put this situation right. Hopefully, this will appease the fun police too.
PM me if you think this is a fair deal and sorry for all those mentally scared, hurt, or wincing at my bad grammer and spelling mistakes.
