Hi
Decided to try and get my Rail working again as a spare. Last time I gasssed it up, it leaked through the frame.
Took it apart today and the air line from the regulator to the solenoid (I think!) has come away from it's connecting screw:
I pressed it back in as tightly as I could, but it gets forced loose again by the pressure as soon as the tank is screwed on.
I notice that the line is surrounded by old glue, which appears to have given up. The connection at the back of the marker looks like a ring of glue is applied between the plastic connector and the air line.
Is this a practical repair? If so, what sort of glue should I use to ensure it stays put?
If not, am I looking at a new solenoid assembly?
Any help appreciated! Apologies if this has been covered before, I couldn't find anything in my searches.
Thanks
Ben
