For the first time ever, the Proto King of the Hill series is moving East to the NSPL Reading venue from its traditional roots in the Southwest. This makes the series accessible to more teams than ever before, as Reading is about as Central as you can get in the South of the UK.
In addition, we are giving Proto KotH teams better value for money than ever before as the event will have exactly the same set-up and facilities as the NSPL event to be held on Sunday the 22nd at this same venue. This includes Millennium 7-Man fields, excellent staging, ample parking, NSPL refs, more vendors, and more.
Many NSPL teams are using this event to introduce their feeder teams and new players to the tournament scene, staying over to enjoy a whole weekend of paintballing fun.
The event is 5-Man, strictly Novice and Rookie divisions, with a realistic price, paint-inclusive deals available, and Proto Rail markers, clothing, goggles and packs all available to rent at no extra cost for new Rookie teams that have not got their own equipment yet.
The event is designed to allow newcomers to get a taste of tournament paintball with as few barriers to participation as possible, and without the chance of experienced teams dominating the divisions. This really is the best introduction to sup'air competition paintball in the South.
You can find out further details about the Proto KotH and this event by visiting www.kothpaintball.co.uk and you can book in online or by calling 0845 370 3 666.
We will post a list of attending teams in this thread a little closer to the day.
