Proto KotH
Get yourself hooked on competition-style paintball with the friendliest, easiest and most cost-effective introduction to Sup’Air, team-based paintballing events: The Proto King of the Hill series.
Consisting of six exciting events throughout 2007, the Proto KotH has been specifically designed to give newcomers to competition paintball the best possible experience at a sensible price. These events are organised by the same people who run the NatWest Southern Paintball League, the South’s leading tournament league, so you can be assured of the very best quality for your money.
Your 5-Man team can attend as few or as many as the Proto KotH events in 2007 as you wish, choosing either our Rookie or Novice division to compete in. You don’t even have to own your own kit as we can provide full Proto Equipment and Proto Matrix Rail paintguns for your team to use free of charge! Never before has it been so easy to get a bunch of mates together and give the real adrenaline-packed side of paintball a try.
At each Proto KotH event in 2007, there are 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place trophies up for grabs in each division. Each 1st place Rookie team wins promotion to the Novice Division. For each event that you play, your team earns points towards this year’s season. The winning Novice team at the end of the season earns the title of “King of the Hill” and wins promotion to the NatWest Southern Paintball League’s division four and half-price entry to that division for the whole of 2008!
With a friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, two competitive divisions to suit newcomers to the sport, an attractive price tag, free to loan Proto equipment, a proper route for progressions and promotion, and much much more, the Proto King of the Hill is the series of choice for all new and upcoming teams in the South of the UK.
Divisions
The Proto KotH 2007 series has two divisions for you to choose from.
Rookie – This division is for brand new teams that have never tried Sup’Air paintball before or have only played this competitive form of paintball a couple of times before. Teams entering this division get first dibs on the Proto equipment that is available to loan. At each Proto KotH event, the winning Rookie team will be promoted to the Novice division for the rest of the season.
Novice – This division is for teams that are a little more experienced but are not ready to enter the more serious NatWest Southern Paintball League quite yet. Teams entering this division are expected to have their own equipment, but may loan the Proto gear if the Rookie teams have not already bagged it. The winner of this division at the end of the season earns the title of “King of the Hill” and wins promotion to the NatWest Southern Paintball League’s division four and half-price entry to that division for the whole of 2008!
