Proto fs switch thermal lens cleaning help ?

I really need help with goggle cleaning for my proto fs switch thermal lens. when it fogs, whats the best stuff to clear it should I put it on the inner lens or outer and what should i put it on with ?? then when i get home and give it a clean is there something specific i should be doing to the mask to make sure the lens stays in good condition ?

If it's thermal lens, it shouldn't fog... I just use a microfibre cloth to clean the outer lens, occasionally with a bit of water for tough parts. And for the inner, also a microfibre, but only dabbing the lens so as not to scratch and kill the thermal layer... The inner lens shouldn't really need proper cleaning though as its pretty impossible to get paint in there ;P
