Proto chest protector

Need to know general sizes of this. Thinking of buying one and need to know whether to get a small or medium..as they need to be a snug fit...

any help would be good,

I'm 5.7ft ish and normal, maybe a little .... comfortable profile and i thought i'd be a small / medium but i use large.

dont really know my measurements, just know that i wear small tops etc..but dont want to get one thats the wrong size/too tight that i cant breathe...im thinking a medium, i can always change it?

yeah, im usually a small - medium t shirts ... try one on if you can? if not i'd go for a large

Try and go down to your local paintball shop (if you have one) and try them on and then see which one fits you best.

the sizes are pretty small on these vests im a bit tubby and i have an xl my mate tried it on and he's skinny and it was a good it for him so go a size up

I'm 5'8 and I wear medium T-shirts with quite a lot of room, but that's how I like it. If you want a tight fit go for the same size T-Shirt you wear, if you want a bit of room and perhaps baggyness go for the size up.

It would depend on your height and build (measurements) I'm a slim 5'10 but wear small t-shirts a majority of the time

Are they elasticated to allow a bit of give on the sizes?

Im about 5'9", pretty slim. And im gonna go for a tight fit, for extra comfort as i dont want to notice im wearing it so much. And no i dont have any local paintball shops, not for about 100 miles
