Full marks to the those guys and girls at WDP after a monumental screw up with MY carriers, My Angel recieved at 1:05pm monday and all fixed and back to me 11:30 weds.

Frazer you find me for that beer in Orlando.

Posted to say thanks and just to show there ARE people in the industry that actually support their products.

Oh btw the repair was 'cos of my hamfistedness (not the first time the repair had been done on an Angel before so must be a few more cack handed people out there ) so even more credit for the fast and reasonable costed turnaround.

I'll second those sentiments. Had a issue with my IR3 and emailed frazer, I had a reply within 5 minutes and a solution (my fault!) within half a day...

Have to agree, there was a bit missing from my Angel AIR when I bought it... I emailed Frazer yesterday, about an hour later I was told the bit was in the post.

Nice to see Customer Service isnt dead...
