project halo x

so im terrible for taking stuff apart and playing with it.
i had an x board revi and recently got an old knacked halo of a team mate.
So with a bit of bordem and a pile of tools i soon found my self bench testin a halo running of an x board.
This thing ripped obviuos its faster then a normal halo cause it was a 12volt motor running. All it took was a bit of grafting with the revi eye and slight adjustment to the wiring.
and too the point so im jammin all the kit back into the shell. Motor in check wiring in check, batterys in well they where but now ive gone and broke the board.
So im wondering has anyone else tried this and dose any one have any old x board they want to donate so i can try this again. Also has any one ever thought of crossing a hopper with a warp feed.
Imagine an under barrel hopper

hmm to the workshop

well skeet mate i did have it all working even put a bag of paint through it in one go in one side and flung out the other, it was only when i tried to squeez it all in the shell somthing gave way
ive got a halo b as well and im sure its as quick as
the damage to the bored is on the little pot under the bit of glue
i had soldered it full up but think ive fried the board with connecting it up wrong
all im saying realy is i was muckin around and it worked
if you want to try it just be a bit delicate when putting ti all toghether
thought id let you know what you can acomplish
also fixed a pt using chewing gum but thats a diffrent story

oh yeah is there any where in the uk i can get a cocker converted to half block or do i go at it with a grinder

i know its just an experiment

but why do you want a faster hopper than a halo?, how fast are your fingers?. Hope they limit ROF soon, otherwise paintball will turn pants.
laters.

Can you just clarify what you've done? Is it now a revvy eye, motor and board that's powering the halo's force-feed bits? I'm not too familiar with halos, but this sounds really nifty :)
