Profiler Lense??

can anyone send me a diagram or let me know how to remove a profiler lense. i think im doing it right but it feels like its going to snap and i dont want to risk it..

slide off the clips and then simultaniously(sp?) press one side of the lense down and the black strip of plastic upwards.
then repeat on the other side.

they shouldnt break mate. once youve done it ull know how much pressure to apply.

bend back the mask then slide the clip out away from the lense.

its bloody hard the first time its done on a new mask, but it starts to get easier....
